What is included in the programme?
The programme includes over 50 online videos, downloadable PDF documents and calendars to help you “evolve”.
How long is each workout?

Each session ranges between 10 and 30 minutes, as this has been proven to yield some of the best results.

I am a beginner, will this programme be accessible to me?
Yes the programme has been designed so that you can adjust the intensity dependent on your level at that time as well as easier variations for each exercise.
I believe I am quite advanced, could this programme be too easy for me?
Not at all, the programme is completely adaptable to you, meaning you can make it as challenging as required. The programme caters to all levels of ability and is designed to strengthen the mind and body as a whole to allow it to build on it’s original foundations.
Is it a rigid format as my weekly patterns change and I would still like to continue my own sport and hobbies?
Yes, the programme will cater to your lifestyle and therefore you can start on any day of the week. Existing sport / hobbies / activities will all benefit from this programme and can be added in place of one of the sessions where stated in the programme.
Will I see aesthetic changes, lose fat, gain muscle etc?
Yes, bodyweight exercises are highly effective when used to their full potential, the programme uses a wide range of exercises derived from callisthenics, yoga asana and gymnastics to build a strong, resilient, and functional body. Once you programme your mindset correctly you will also see a reduction in stress and therefore taking the body out of fight or flight mode and into “thrive” mode … this is when muscle hypertrophy and fat loss can occur.
Do I need to go to a gym to do this programme?
No, not at all. The programme can be accessed from your mobile, laptop, computer or via one of the downloadable printouts to follow anywhere.
Does the nutrition programme cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes, there are a number of options for the nutrition plans including – meat, vegetarian and vegan options.
Once I've signed up when can I start?

It’s up to you, each phase has to be completed to move on to the next and won’t start until you decide. You will receive guidelines on start dates via the Facebook group so you can start your journey with other participants.

What do you do with my personal details?
